The Philosophy of Osteopathy
The key principle that differs the philosophy of osteopathy from other medical disciplines is based on that all parts of the body are functioning together in an integrated manner. The immobile system is pathological. If one part of the body is restricted, then the rest of the body must adopt and compensate fort this. Eventually inflammation, pain, stiffness and other health conditions ocur.
Osteopathic treatment frees the restricted tissues, increases the body mobility, assists the body to heal itself and ease pain
